The chat window on www.4belectric.com is operated by 4B Electric Incorporated to help you get answers and reach our team faster. Here is what you should know before using it.

You are chatting with an automated assistant

The assistant is software, not a person. It may use artificial intelligence to understand your question and write a reply. If you want to talk with a person, type "talk to someone" or call our office at 682-327-6623, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

What it can do

•      Answer common questions about our services, service area, hours, estimates, and permits

•      Collect details and photos about your project so our team can prepare

•      Request an appointment, which our team confirms

What it cannot do

•      Diagnose electrical problems or tell you whether something is safe

•      Quote a binding price or guarantee a schedule. Only a written estimate or confirmation from our team does that.

•      Handle emergencies. For sparking, burning smells, or downed lines, call 911 or your electric utility.

The assistant can make mistakes. If an answer seems wrong or unclear, please ask our team.
